Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Olive Innovative Technology does not provide shipping during weekends and national holidays. Shipping is fulfilled via FedEx. Customer receives an order confirmation receipt and the expected shipping day of the merchandise via email. If the order quantity is higher than 10 pieces, shipment may take more than 1 business day and customer would be notified via email or phone call with the updated shipping information.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates depend on the quantity of items ordered.

  • Displayed costs are for single item purchases for 50 states within the U.S.
  • If shipment is required to be in single item boxes with multiple purchases, same cost applies across each item.
  • For multiple item offers, OIT team will provide custom shipment.
  • No shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customer receives an order confirmation receipt and the expected shipping day of the merchandise via email. Customs, duties, and taxes 

Olive Innovative Technology is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

 

Damages

Olive Innovative Technology is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

 

International Shipping Policy

International Shipment details are provided custom to each order and will be provided by the OIT team upon request. 

 

 

Returns Policy

All purchases come with 30 day OIT warranty allowing returns and exchanges. Customers can start a return by sending an email to contact@oliveinnovative.com. A customer service representative will be assigned to the return request and will follow up with the customer on the required next steps.

 

If the item is in faulty condition, OIT team will provide a shipping label and will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the item is in good working condition, and customer decides to return the machine for another reason, customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

 

Returns are processed within 2 business days after the delivery of the merchandise and refunds are applied once the item is processed. It might take 3 to 4 business days for the funds to reflect on the payment method.
